Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance.
Leading people by example.
Decision-making & problem-solving skills is a must.
Responsibilities and Skills Working with our team to formulate objectives and understand requirements Organize and lead workflow to meet specifications & deadlines Monitor production to resolve issues Coordination with subcontractors and inspectors Quality control and detail oriented Enforce health and safety precautions Report to upper management Outstanding communication ability Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach Education and Experience Requirements:
A high school degree or equivalent is required An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred At least 2 of years of experience in construction Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required Job Type:
