Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HRBP, Business Excellence Professional and department managers to review and evaluate existing job descriptions
Conduct job analysis and research to identify key responsibilities, requirements, and qualifications for each role
Develop, write and/or redesign job descriptions that are clear, concise, and legally compliant
Ensure that job descriptions are consistent across all departments and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Communicate with managers to verify accuracy of job descriptions and make necessary revisions
Develop a system to maintain and update job descriptions as necessary
Collaborate with HRBP, Business Excellence Professional and department managers to develop a performance review program for the hourly workforce
Develop performance review forms and templates that are easy to use and understand
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience
3
years of experience in HR, with experience in manufacturing environments (particularly with Blue collar workforce)
Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including job analysis and job description writing
Experience in developing and implementing performance review programs
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of employment laws and regulationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
